Fifth Grade Book Challenge

There are only about six or seven weeks left in the Fifth Grade Forty Book Challenge!!!!  This challenge started the first day of school.  If you have not read forty books this year, you do not get to participate in the celebration.  Make sure you have recorded ALL the books you've read on your Challenge sheet in 5B.  If you have not, you will not get credit for them.  You should be somewhere around book 34 or 35.  You may read books more than once.  They just need to be novels.  Double check how many books you've read and see if you're in good shape.  Again - this has been happening since the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL, so no excuses.
Love,
Mrs. Blair

Welcome Back!

One paragraph answering these questions: What are your book club rules?  What days are you meeting?  What are your expectations for each  meeting?  How much will you read before each meeting?  What's your club name, logo, and motto?  What are the consequences for not pulling your weight?

Elated: If you are elated, you are extremely happy because of something that has happened.  Ex: I was elated by the news that my best friend was getting married.
